Built this set from left over stuff around the house. They work well. Finish height is right around 4” with the beveled edge to keep things from rolling off.

Saved these from a scrap yard. More than likely they will become chalk bowl stand bases. Cool piece of history but definately many better options for squat safety.

Do you have rice do. Do you have a bucket. You now have Nolan Ryan’s favorite grip rotation tool.

A few friends of mine have these they are easily adjustable. They are a good option but definitely have they’re flaws and some parts feel cheap.

You can get much nicer jump ropes but if you need one and this is in your price range it is a jump rope.

I have only used this a handful of time at my old commercial gym. Definitely a solid piece

Works well for box squats and others but for jump can be sketchy

They work, but in my opinion there is to much slack and the parts where it mounts are slightly inconsistent in size.
