I have really liked the bars from rep lately. They do the best end caps of anyone. This bar is a great price and makes for a good bar that I can use for various things like landmine use.

This is a great power bar if you want something with decent kurling but not too aggressive. Comes in different finishes and I like the cerakot and went with blue to match rack.

I really like the cambered Swiss bar for doing bench press and overhead press and I also use for seal rows. This bar has a good feel and I like the angle of the grips. It is also a good value.

I wanted some kind of dip attachment and looked at some that are v shaped and one piece but I decided I like these the best. I like the look of them and liked how I put on each side of the rack and gives me better feel and allows for good options on where you place your hands etc.

My wife asked for the bosu ball as it is great for balance training etc. I found it very useful as I was receiving from torn achilles and this was a great way to strengthen my achilles with some good balance exercsies.
