I love this bar but I have 2 complaints... 1 - the knurling is non existent 2 - it weighs 38 pounds. I thought this was America where barbells weighed 45 pounds!?!?!?

It's a pain in the dick to adjust. Personally, I leave it at the lowest height and throw on the EliteFTS box squat pad. Gives me the perfect height for box squats. And yes, I see the comedy in mixing Titan and EliteFTS equipment.

I was fortunate enough to get a set handed down to me. The quality is what you would see in most commercial gyms. The knurling is nice and the handles are straight, not that goofy taper style you see at your local YMCA.

They will never replace a true monolift. But if you are benching by yourself, they are a dream. I have hit the hooks coming up on a squat, so I would recommend walking it out still, but for box squats, they are the way to go and I have not had any issue hitting them.

Best way to sneak in a PR or to add weight to my wife's overhead press. Every gym bag should have a set.

Absolutely necessary piece, if you are using the belt squat. Depending on how you place the weight, the handle is blocked. So be aware of that. But otherwise, buy this with the belt squat right away.

They do the job. I have had a small issue with one of the pins popping out, but I hit it against the rack and it pops back in and stays in. Magnetic collars are the only way to go.

You are not going to beat the best. Solid bells but pricey.
