Love my wall control panels, you can fit anything on these bad boys. Now I have to work on filling them up with attachments!

As for functionality you are well off getting something more modern and safe. If you love vintage equipment however this is a must have for cool factor. Using my set as a curl bar holder right now.

The one and only SSB I will probably ever own. Absolutely great quality, and feels amazing. After owning this for a few months, I heavily favor using this SSB over a barbell. I have 0 complaints so far.

Classic design and classic feel. These have such a deep lip they are super easy to carry. Some of my 45s are showing signs of cracking around the hub which is very common on the 45s. One of them is so cracked it will be retired and thrown on display. The 25s really are the crown jewel of this set with having the same design and being deepdish like the 45s, just something about them feels so good. Time to collect the rest of the set and training hub lifting on them!

Big fan of the hyper core attachment. Works very well for a back extension, doing GHDs definitely is not an optimal position but it does put you in a position that makes the excercise fun. I even use this is as a preacher curl pad while sitting on the bench, if you are short you may need a child's booster seat for the exact position. Only downside is how unwieldy it is to move, but worth it in the end!

Really like this Swiss bar, especially for pressing movements. Get a really good deep stretch and can load this bad boy up. Yes, you can put this on a cable machine. Will you? No, absolutely not it's way to big and cumbersome for any cable movement.

I have only seen 2 pairs of these pieces of history in the wild, I was lucky enough to pick one pair up for dirt cheap. They have leather on the inside much like the York spinlocks, mine are super worn down and don't tighten down at all making them pretty useless on the bar. Because of this they sit on a weight horn looking badass instead. Must have piece for any collector.

Easily the most versatile Ironmaster attachment and crazy value for what you get out of it. Not only can you do situps, but I also love doing Nordic curls, and split squats using the rollers. You can even use it as a lat pulldown seat and an inversion table. Absolute must have if you are going to buy an ironmaster bench.
