Cheap, effective! Holds a barbell. Not sure I’d put my best barbell in it for long term storage and I have two sets of j cups now so I don’t store barbell in them. However, I do use them to get the barbell out of the way sometimes. Will do until I save up for some darko anchors! Then will probably use to hang other stuff.

I've owned the Rogue Hi Temps 45's, 25's and 10's. What is there to say? Hi Temps are high quality. Actually, I now have the 'Body Solid' branded 35 pound Hi Temp plates, pretty sure they are exactly the same plate as Rogue and any other brand Hi Temp produces for. Funny thing is, they came as factory seconds from Homegrown lifting, however that works... These plates are thicc AF! Which is normal of Hi Temps, seem pretty bomb proof to me.

Bought these for the price-point. Homegrown is a good outfit not far from us in Cincy, OH. Pretty sure they make THE Strength Co's bumpers. Needed an extra set of change plates for when two people lift in the gym. Like another reviewer said, they are not the prettiest plates and mine even had a cosmetic defect, but I don't really care for the price.

Bought t this new for $295 in 2021, back when most every rogue bar was under 3 bills. No complaints with this bar. It is multipurpose and I can't help but think if it should be 29mm or 28.5mm. Bare steel and standard knurling are nice. When deadlifting kind of wish I had a 28.5mm bar, but I guess that's why a lot of people have more than one barbell. No complaints, good bar. Kind of wonder how long they will offer it or if it will go by the way of the Castro bar...

These work well. Received as a gift. Wasn't wild about the handle at first because I thought it didn't look as hardcore, but it actually works pretty well. These things are well built, affordable and good value. Not really a "display piece" but good for throwing in the corner and they work well.

No nonsense, classic power rack. I’ve had the 3x3 version of this rack (RML-3) and now the R-3, and I have to say I’m a little partial to the 2x3; there’s just something nice about the simplicity of it. Granted, accessory offerings are not the best- I had to have safety strap connectors custom made (which is kind of annoying). This, I believe, was the gold standard of power racks before 3x3 fell more into favor. Also, it is of note I have the shorty version (7 foot height) which was an option to come standard when Rogue still sold the welded R-3; which was very considerate to those of us that have low ceilings. Got this from Facebook marketplace and the person I bought it from bought it from someone else so I am at least the 3rd owner of this rack. As for the West Side spacing in the bench zone, I actually bench higher than how high the .5 inch spacing goes so not sure how useful that is, but it is cool to have something inspired by the Westside tradition. Very pleased to own this rack and honestly not real disappointed that you can’t attach pulleys, smith machines, etc. Not that there’s no place for that, but I like that it’s a rack with a single purpose. At time of this writing Rogue still sells “infinity” accessories that include j-cups, spotter arms, multi grip pull up bar, kids pull up bar, dip station and a few other things. I’m hoping to hang on to this rack for a long time and if I want any “fancy” attachments I’ll get a different piece of equipment altogether. The Rogue R-3 is bad ass and I’m proud to own it.

Have the 15kg version of this bar. Great value out the door at $120 on sale. First impression is this bar is going to do the job just fine- really just needed a woman’s bar so wife can do basic lefts easier than with 20kg bar. Not sure why Synergee seems to choose needle bearing over bushings for their “multi-purpose” bars but that would be my only gripe. Finish seems a bit thicker than black zinc I’ve used on Rogue bars. Overall for a price-to-performance ratio, I think this bar will knock it out of the park.

The only squat stands I could find at the time with a pull up bar that could fit in my low ceiling garage. PK sold me on it in the product video when he said “You will not find a better squat stand for less money”. He was right. With spotter arms and shipping paid around $350. One spotter arm was missing the pin so they sent a second pair free- excellent service. This is a great squat stand for squatting, benching and with west side spacing probably good for floor press, (lighter) rack pulls. Powder quote and steel gage are fine, but a little thinner than premium tier offerings, but this is A-OK considering the price. I’d be willing to bet this is one of the best “entry level” squat stands out there. Would highly recommend.
