It's not the same quality you'll get from Rogue or Rep. But it's a dang good entry level/budget friendly weight bench. It lays flat, goes incline, and goes decline. It's stable, it's sturdy, and its light weight. Highly recommend for anyone looking to dip their toes in the home gym space.

I purchased this barbell in 2020 when it was called the "Starter Bar". It has served its purpose well. It's a cheap entry level barbell. Over time, in the hot Tennessee summers and the cold Tennessee winters, the bar has started to rust quite significantly. Overall, the value for what you get is good. However it does fall under the category of you get what you pay for.

One thing comes to mind when I walk in my gym and see this bad boy hanging in all its glory..."This thing POPS!"

Pretty simple. Holds my weights and has for the past 6 years with no issue. There are better ones out there and there are worse ones out there.

I didn't actually spend my own money on these as a friend gave me a pair of 45s. Therefore it is hard for me to speak on value. However, based on performance, these REP bumper plates have gotten the job done. I don't like them better than my Rogue MIL Spec or Titan Economy bumper plates. These are a bit smoother and tend to get very slick during the high humidity summers here in Tennessee. Overall, they are a fine option for anyone looking to add more weight to their home gym.
