These two finger grippers have much more flexibility with how you place them in your hand, which makes them great for rehab type purposes. They can be held deep in the palm like a regular gripper, upside down to bias towards ring and pinky finger, just between palm and thumb, and between thumb and fingertips.

These are the nicest grippers available. The only downside is for longer sessions the knurling can get too intense. (Second column from the left is the standard grippers in the picture)

People hold 3x3 with 1 inch holes as the paragon of rack design, but I maintain that having closer spaced hole positions (Westside spacing) is much more beneficial. This rack is cheap, and strong, the welds are pretty good, and there weren't any issues with the powder coat.

These are the go-to standard of grippers. You will want to have them rated by closing force if you're trying to work up incrementally as there can be a +-10% swing in closing force.

This chain hangar works well, but by design it really only works on one side of a post, otherwise the S hooks would be partially obscured by the sheet metal. I haven't had any issues with the S hooks falling out when lifting a chain off the hook.
