Really good sled option. Posts are easy to remove and move around. UMHW runners are super nice for use on pavement; quieter than bare metal and they are replaceable. Does not come with strap for pulling.

Technically these started the home gym? My husband bought them before we even met. The mechanism works well enough, but we are careful not to drop them. I f-ing hate the handles; they have pointy fake knurling. The size is awkward as the handles are quite long and the plates change sizes. If you can afford another option for adjustable dumbbells, do that instead.

I have a boneyard version of this bar, with a gray cerakote shaft. There were imperfections in the coating in the center or the bar and it was a non-standard finish. The spin on the sleeves is smooth and no issues from some drops. Knurling is good for an oly bar, not too aggressive. I probably wouldn’t ever spend the money on a new one, but the boneyard option was a good way to pick up a nice oly bar.

I have a pair of 100lb plates I got on marketplace. They are heavy. I haven’t actually weighed them.

Upright is the way to go for farmers. I’ve had my set for a few years and they’ve been used in multiple competitions. They’ve held up well outside of some paint chipping on the weight horns and wearing on feet considering the use they’ve seen. The removable handles are kind of dumb and I’ve never used the low setting. You can to figure out how to position the pins best so you don’t hit them with your legs. My handles have lines on them that looks like knurling but are purely decorative. Handle height is about 16”

It’s an affordable, functional option. The leg pad can deflect a little bit at higher weights. Since it’s plate loaded, you lose some of the resistance at the end ranges, but you can rig up some bands to help. There’s a lower weight peg under the seat the weigh it down, we keep at least a 45 on there all the time. At 5’4” with short legs, it works for me at the end range of the adjustments. My 6’1” husband with long legs also fits.

No space for multiple KB’s so I got one new and have had it for several years. Requires the use of the included wrenches to make adjustments, so it is not quick. Internal plates were not labeled with weights so I had to do that myself. Some quirks on the alignment for assembly and fit of the larger plates, but it’s not too hard. Paint is flaking off after a few years. It works as intended and is a good option for saving space. If I were to replace it, I’d get the Bells of Steel version for the improved quality.

I picked this up to go with our larger Titan Adjustable KB since I wanted some lighter weight options. The weight changes require the use of the included wrench and Allen wrench so they are not fast. The internal plates are stamped with their weight, which is nice. The finish and feel of the bell and handle are nice. The whole assembly fits well together. Really nice option compared to having a few KB’s.
