A bit too soft for most yoga poses however for beginners or those wanting to use a mat for floor exercises it’s great. Due to the thickness it is prone to split if it’s stretched too much under foot but has held up well.

I use them as foot rests while sitting on my Hoist multigym. They serve the purpose however I would not rely on them to support my full weight due to the quality of the materials.

My first bench was the Bowflex 5.1 which was the original design. The best way to differentiate this from the S model is the red head pad and 5 degree settings for the back pad. It’s not the best bench, build quality is a bit questionable and the bench sits a bit too high. Not the worst I’ve ever used and is much better quality than the current version being offered.
