There’s really no substitute. These are inexpensive, more durable than I am able to understand, and excellent for rehab.

You have to rate these as what they are. They are cheap foam tiles that are an ok choice while you save up for something else. Now that I’ve replaced mine with stall mats, they live behind my DB rack as knee/lumbar pads for various exercises. They dent/rip permanently and easily. I found they don’t stay interlocked well, but there is a decent hack. A layer of these under a Tractor Supply 1/4” rubber mat makes a nice, durable stretching area.

This is so excellent. It’s not perfect as a sled, but the space savings of this combo are great. Rock solid, adjustable frame and comfortable handles. Being able to set that width is a really nice feature

This yoke has a small diameter crossbar, that I actually like. Good for carries with a narrower grip. Unfortunately the crossbar is only held with one pin on either side, so it’s more wobbly than other yokes. With the size of the brackets, it would likely be a very stable yoke if it had a second hole for additional magpins. Still comfortable to carry if you like a smaller diameter crossbar.

I have used shot weighted circus DBs, but these plate loaded style ones are far better. Easy to load with 10s, durable and comfortable on the shoulder.

I was hesitant to go with a cheaper timer because I had been using a WOD timer on an old Mac that I was very happy with. The computer finally died, so I gave this a try. Count up, count down, tabata, EMOM, are all very easy to use. So far, I am very happy with this timer

These are more comfortable than my Ironmind straps. I was surprised when they started showing wear pretty quickly, but the wear did not go any further than the initial fuzziness caused by the knurling. Ultimately very comfortable and durable straps.

These are high quality, durable ruck plates. They fit well in GoRuck packs. I leave a 40lb plate in my GR2 and use it regularly for long walks. There is no visible wear to the plate or the ruck. I use a cut pool noodle around the edges of the plate to help fill the space
