This dumbbell rack was the perfect solution for my home gym. It's rated to hold 800 pounds, but like many weight benches, it can handle more than its listed capacity. I currently have 1,050 pounds of dumbbells on mine, and it feels rock solid. The 100-pound dumbbells cause a slight amount of flex, but it's minimal and not concerning at all.

The bench is solid. The pad is a little softer than what you get from Rep or Rogue but is still grippy. A great flat bench for the price.

I have had these plates for 5 years and they still look great. The thick handles make them easy to handle.
