I use this thing all the time, and it definitely helps if you have a tight or sore spot. The design of the hand allows you to rotate it 360 degrees to hit any angle. It’s a stiff foam that doesn’t bruise you but helps break things up. Now that I’ve said the nice things, setting this up sucks. It’s a threaded nut and two loose washers plus the rod sleeve. It can take a while to remove and reinstall. For the price of it you think rogue would have put two more seconds of thought into user ease. It’d be more worth it if it had a mag pin or quick disconnect function. Overall better than using the corner of your door way or a lacrosse ball but still overpriced in my opinion

First set of Indian clubs I’ve bought and love using them for shoulder warm ups and mobility. Big believer in movement is medicine and have been using these to help with a recent shoulder injury. Don’t go heavy if you have never used them a little weight goes a long way. I only use four pound maces and they are more than enough.

I can’t speak highly enough about this product or the creator. Specifically in customer service they were great! I got this color custom and got it super fast. The build quality is great, solid design and construction. The magnet is super strong. I am upgrading to this from the Abmat chalk pot and just find it works so much better for me.

If you’re looking for the best basic all round pull up bar that comes stock with a rack this is it! I use both the fat and skinny grip bars regularly and have had no issue adding any type of pull up attachments to it. Only gripe is how proud rogue is of their stuff. If you didn’t buy this stock and want to go back and buy it the price is ridiculous for just a regular old pull up bar. I would get it stock and upgrade later on if you want to.

These are great vintage standard plates! If you can find them on marketplace for a good price I’d get them if you are interested in standard plates. These fit snug on a standard bar and have a really good classic looking appearance. Not to mention Arnold using these adds a pretty high coolness factor.

I gotta say I’m honestly pleasantly surprised with these. Use them for my standard bar and dumbells. They are really well made for the price. They have a rubber padding that isn’t super cheap and easy to beat up. I think these are great budget option to have in your gym.

Facebook marketplace find for me that I kinda just got with the package of other plates. Not anything to write home about. If you want to get one and you have standard plates these are fine. They leave some play on the sleeves since they’re sized smaller than standard and the star collars leave a lot to be desired. Plus the rounded shape makes your hands feel more enclosed. Not sure if that’s your cup of tee but I use this every now and then for arm work.

I see these pop up on eBay and marketplace a ton and are way overpriced. I bought the one pictured and it came in at about 22.03 pounds. Probably a homemade one but honestly so cool to have. If you’re like me and just love collecting and using vintage iron and see some unbranded stuff don’t turn your nose up at it. It’s still history and there have probably been tons of people who got strong using it before you. At the very least it’s a cool door stop. I have started using mine to practice bent press and other old timey strongman stuff.
