I don’t hate it. It’s a good cheap alternative to more expensive options but the actual space for the bar is not big at all. I use mine for my rogue kids pull up bar. The screw holes are small and can be annoying to install.

I think these are really cool and fun to have if you’re a collector. Even if not and you have standard plates these are great. The collars do have to be wrenched down to secure and I can see why we no longer have collars like this ha ha. But I have a lot of standard plates and these are cheaper than buying other adjustable dumbbells plus it’s just fun and cool to own old school iron.

I know these weren’t super collectible as far as vintage weights go but man are these cool! Got these in a bundle market place buy and found Vintage weights PGH’s video and learned a ton. These definitely are pretty great on accuracy if you can find them. They just look so cool and like they belong in an old school weight room.

I’m torn because I feel like this is great for holding stuff like my swissies or bands but I wouldn’t ever trust putting tension of any kind on it. It’s a single bolt running through the middle with nut put inside of the screw cap end. There is a great color selection but I wouldn’t use it for more than storage

Definitely a cheap alternative to buying a rogue mini strip but installing is a pain. The holes are not wide enough to use a power drill to screw it in so it’s all hand tools for this. That being said hole spacing is good and holds a-lot just don’t try using a dip attachment on it.

I absolutely love these. I have the wide letter 50’s and want to get a full set. Use these and my paramount standards on my leg extension machine and my standard bar. They’re hard to grip but are just so classic and cool!
