In July of 2025, my wife gave birth to our beautiful daughter. 9 months before that, I realized that getting to a gym was about to become a whole lot harder. This is the origin of my home gym. I am a rock climber, so the climbing wall is in the gym, and most of the rest of my training involves grip work. I just want to be a strong dad with a firm handshake

Facebook market place find for this one, the guy I bought it off of hardly used it. That easy about a year ago and I have gotten tremendous amounts of use out of this thing. I have the 100 lb and 200 lb bags and they still look good and hold sand completely. If there is ever a change in that I’ll update this review, but it’s worked well for me and it might work for you too!

This is one of my favorite pieces in my gym, just because of the coolness factor of it. Is it the most practical for training, not unless you're planning a trip to Scotland. Is it the coolest piece in your gym, yes even if you don't plan on going to Scotland any time soon! The one bummer for me is most of my plates are bumpers, making the max loading weight 190 and 180 on each side. I have to step out of my cozy home gym and go to a place where we all fear: the commercial gym!! regardless, awesome piece of gear that if you've got spare funds, a very cool addition to any home gym

This pull-up globe falls under a very niche category of gym equipment that fits into a very small window of people that will buy this. I rock climb and like to train grip, and this works very well in emulating that feeling of sloping holds that you'd find in a climbing gym. Being from rogue, the build quality is always top notch. With that being said, the cost to use ration makes it to where I don't know if id recommend. Its fairly difficult to store and aside from the occasional mix in to my routine, it just isn't all that worth it. So I guess to sum it up, if you've got money and want something to pull out for your friends to goof around with, its a fun piece. might be valuable in some training regimens but other than that, id pass on it

Where to start with this beast! Ive had mine for around a year and a half and with over 250k meters logged on it, I only have positives to mention in this review! Rogue has a great skill of taking a product and making it better. Concept 2's rower was the gold standard of rowers for years and rogue made small tweaks to make an all together better product. In terms of the feel, it's practically identical. The difference is They made a more compact, easier to move and store piece of equipment. The wheels, the folding mechanism and the handles are all integrated perfectly into the device, and the phone holder is a great touch too. I am so grateful to have this piece of equipment and I enjoy using it for steady state cardio.

In terms of budget leg extension/curl combo machines, this definitely is a top dog. It fits the average height folks really well and have had my taller friends on it without problems. I have to highlight the stretch at the bottom, because you get an excellent stretch for extensions, better than some commercial pieces. There are a couple critiques though that can't be left without mentioning. 1. Its a plate eater I am not that strong of a guy in terms of legs, but this machine made me feel that way. I only had bumper plates when I had this piece, and I could fill the entire weight pin! A confidence booster yes, but a bit of a drawback in terms of function. A band before the plates helps with this though so it isn't the end of the world, and if you have steel plates it might not be a problem at all for you. 2. Large layout My gym space is pretty limited, only 8ft by 22ft, meaning I have to pack as much into the area as possible. It might not be problem for you, but the area that this thing took up was a bit more than what I Really wanted to use for a leg curl/extension. If you have the space its no problem at all but in my case it was the main reason for me getting rid of it. 3. Questioning of the longevity By time I finished and was getting ready to sell it, I was wondering if I could see the start of the loading pin having a downward slope from the machine bending. Im not sure if it actually was, but either way it made me nervous about how long the thing is really going to last. It definitely is something to keep in mind, but it is a pretty cheap piece When its all say and done, it gets the job done for what it is, and id recommend it if you've got the space!
