I ordered the Revolt Fitness Smith Machine attachment from Revolt on November 12, 2025. It was delivered on November 18, 2025 for $550. I attached it to a Rogue Monster squat stand. I've used it on a weekly basis since then. Pros: The installation process was straightforward. Since you get to install the unit at whatever height on your rack you want, I was able to install it fairly low. I can perform RDL's or other movements off the floor without needing to stand on anything. I actually really like the gnurling of the bar. Even if the experience is not bougie, getting this smith machine attachment has opened up a wide range of movements in my home gym. It has been able to perform any and all exercises I have thrown at it efficiently. Cons: I almost immediately tossed the safeties that came with the unit, as they did not fit the uprights of my rack well. Instead I use a pair of straps that I can shorten/lengthen to whatever height is needed. The build quality is... not premium, but acceptable for the budget price. The sleeves are made of plastic and bulge out a bit by the collars, so my plates can't be pushed up flush against the collars like normal. I have had about 140-150 loaded onto the bar and it held the weight without issue, but if you're a strong person I wouldn't trust this bar to hold hundreds of pounds. The hooks don't have any mechanism to stop them from freely rotating after you lift the bar. So you have to be conscious of keeping the hooks in a position where you can re-rack the bar when you're done, as they can completely spin upside down.

I orderded the Dialed Motion Sidewinder in April 2024 for $908. It arrived in October 2024. I remember that the packaging was top notch, everything arrived in perfect condition. Since then I have used it regularly for flyes, tricep press downs, bicep curls, presses, lateral raises, hip adduction/abduction, face pulls, etc. I have zero complaints about the system. Due to the nature of the machine, the weights will swing a little bit in use. But in 1.5 years of use the weights have bumped into the upright maybe two times, and that was when I was using particularly "heaving" type technique. The pull feels extremely smooth, I would compare it to any high end functional trainer in that regard. And the space saving nature of this piece cannot be beat. Before I bought it I had been considering getting a standalone functional trainer, but this takes up zero additional floor space. Now in the age of racks that do it all, I am still not tempted to to get an Ares or Rogue FM model. I find that I like having a less cluttered rack, and having this as the only addition to my power rack enables me to set up various stations without having to break down or move lots of stuff to get it ready to work. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to add functional trainer type movements.

Price/Experience with the company: I purchased this item in October of 2020 for $434.59 from Titan. The list price for it now is $740 but it often goes on sale and at least around me they appear regularly on Facebook Marketplace. Experience with the piece: I have used this machine extensively. It came with a lat pull down handle and a short straight bar handle. These attachments are nothing to write home about, they have rubber grips/no gnurling, but they function and I have yet to replace them. We use this machine for lat pull downs, low rows, triceps push downs, seated face pulls and the occassional biceps curl. It has always performed well for these exercises. As other reviewers have mentioned, the whole machine will wobble or sway once you start to load it up. It does not inspire confidence but it has also never affected the performance. The feel of the cable pull is just ok; it is not particularly smooth. I apply a dry lube to the guide rods probably once every three months or so to cut down on the additional friction. Again, the feel has never inhibited performance, but it would be noticable if you were coming from using a higher end machine. Final thoughts: Even for the current MSRP price, I think this piece would be a valuable addition to the right home gym.

Price: $228 (free shipping) Experience with the company: Ordered December 17, 2025 and it was delivered December 23, 2025. Order status was clearly communicated. Experience with the piece: I pair this with the Rep BlackWing adjustable bench. I did not modify it in any way and they work fine together. The leg rollers are slightly higher than the top of the bench, which I remedy by putting an ab mat to create a more level surface. I've used it extensively in the 7+ months that I've had it. I find both the leg extension and curl features to work well. The hamstring rollers can be adjusted depending on which way you orient the attachment to either sit above or below the stem they are on. I prefer the rollers to be on the lower side as I found it to be more comfortable and provide more stretch. The hamstring curl does loose tension at the very peak of the contraction. Final thoughts: I thought I would replace this piece with something "better" down the line, like the Rep x Dialed Motion attachment eventually. However, I went to Home Gym Con 2026 and tried several other leg extension/curls (to include the Rep x Dialed Motion). I was very surprised to find that the only leg extension/curl that I found to feel better enough to consider dropping several hundred dollars on was the Apex bench leg curl/leg extension. I don't know that everyone would have that same experience based on body size/preference for being able to use a cable stack/etc). But for me I find this piece to be more than adequate and I don't plan on replacing it any time soon.
