I’ve been really happy with the Rapid Rings. They remove a ton of the friction from ring training, with it being so easy to adjust the height of the rings and store up when not in use. I’ve used them for push-ups, pull-ups, dips, rows, and similar movements without any issues. I haven’t tried them for more explosive exercises like muscle-ups though so I can't say for sure how they'd work for that type of training. But the build quality is top-notch. They are expensive so I deducted a little in the Value category. But they’re worth the price for me as they make using rings much more convenient and enjoyable overall.

With the Ironmaster DBs you definitely need somewhere to store the change weights and locking screws, and this handles that well. The top surface works great for changing weights, and the storage shelf holds most of my full Ironmaster ecosystem including the 120lb and 165lb add-on kits, locking screws, KB handles, and Micro Plate Kit. The wheels are nice occasionally, but it mostly stays put since it's loaded down with a lot of weight. Small thing, but being metal is a bonus as I have magnetic hooks attached that hold a plate math spreadsheet I made for the DBs, KBs, and mace. Works well, but the price is hard to justify unless you're already deep in the Ironmaster ecosystem like I am.

Bought this because I wanted a power bar to complement my Rogue Ohio Bar. A cool-looking barbell in the black and gold color scheme, and the tolerances seem great and are definitely a step up from the Ohio Bar, most noticeable in the duller thud it makes when hitting the floor. However, I don't like the knurl on the bar I got. The cerakote finish is the only option available, and on my bar it feels filled in and isn't grippy at all. My initial plan was to use this as my main bar and relegate the Ohio Bar to secondary duty, but it ended up the other way around.

Great bar. The first barbell I purchased for my gym in 2021 and it has held up extremely well. I'm only knocking build quality down to 4/5 because it rattles rather loudly if you drop it, though that never really bothered me. You can't beat this quality for the price.

I hate it (in a good way). Conditioning work can be absolutely brutal on this thing. Works decently enough for steady state rides too but definitely shines for intervals/max effort type work.
