Used these a fair amount at ATP gym. Obviously not ideal for a home gym setting unless you have the space, but they're definitely great for supersetting and not having to worry about changing weights between sets

Surprisingly not bad, I got these (or an exact replica) with my lat pulldown machine. Gets the job done but can't speak to durability over time with the rubber, as I don't particularly use this style attachment a lot

Great for physical therapy work. I get a lot of use out of it for working the lower back stabilizers and core. Definitely not a product yourself gonna use for any bodybuilding or powerlifting purposes, and will probably require some degree of exercise knowledge to use it most effectively

Used this for my work vest which wasn't even as heavy as most fitness weighted vests. Worked great

Same hex dumbells as everyone else. They get far too big the heavier they get and the handles generally aren't great and don't habe knurling in the whole handle

Definitely a bit more stiff than other yoga blocks. My wife had gotten them and I use the from time to time for some PT stuff
