Might be fine for an elderly person trying to rehab a back injury, but if you're someone heavy I wouldn't trust it. Things like this shouldn't be designed to fold or be too minimalistic while sacrificing stability

Very similar to rogue's safetys. Great for saving your bars, but I personally don't like this style of safety. I don't like having to adjust them only 2-3 holes at a time per side, plus they're much harder to do things like rack pulls or pin presses on them

Decent for beginners only, for the rest of the world, there's infinite better options out there

Kinda of a silly machine to be honest. Huge footprint and it does one thing, really wide pull downs, or sometimes called crucifix pulldowns. You can easily duplicate this movement in a cable crossover machine in a gym if you kneel down. Some free motion stuff is great, this is not

Same great quality and angle as their preacher curl machine. Not a huge footprint either which is nice

Almost identical to Rogue's band pegs. Nothing special about them and they do their job

Good treadmill for a commercial gym or home gym if you find it on marketplace. There's much cheaper options with as good quality for a home gym use. Only remember of being broken once the whole time I ever trained at ATP which had it
