The only purpose these serve in my gym is holding my EliteFTS band pegs in place on my monolift and rack. Spring clips usually suck but these works okay for that purpose. Only annoying thing is having to rotate them a certain way so it doesn't catch onto the bands

Used this at ATP gym a ton and really enjoyed it. Old school machines always seem to be better. Stack was plenty heavy enough

Probably one of the best lying leg curls out there. Flex fitness never made a bad machine

Pretty generic, mostly good for pressdowns IMO. Can be uncomfortable on the endges of your hands with heavier weights

Not a machine I frequently use but it worked really well when I did use it, and its obviously super popular

Flimsy and never could get it to work for me. For bigger and tighter people, you're definitely gonna need some heavier machinery to get the tightness out of your muscles, this wont do it

I wont dock it too much in points because when I typically use a sled, I do backwards sled drags. This machine seems to only be good going forwards. I had to still stack weights on top of this to get the desired affect, and to turn around and go the other way you have to unlatch it and reattached yourself to the other side. Versus a small sleed where it'll just spin around with you

Absolutely massive machine with a huge footplate. Definitely designed for powerlifters who has a wider stance squat or sumo deadlift, much like their leg press
