Good quality rope and a nice cardio option. More pricey because its rogue

Kind of a pointless machine these days that takes up unnecessary room in a gym when they make jammer arms to a power rack where you can do stuff like this. I think the crowd that would mostly use it is athletes anyways and not your average gym goers

I own the ultimate gray version in my home gym, but my old gym had this one. I liked it overall and it made me commit to buying one, but I felt the bench pad was positioned weird and was too far back in relation to the uprights. I believe they addressed this issue in the newer ultimate gray version

Definitely would not use this as a box to squat onto, unless its for resting between sets. I'd want something much sturdier

I have a very very similar bar that came with my lat pulldown/low row machine. As noob-ish as it seems with the plastic grips, it doesn't feel as bad actually and I don't mind it

Really nice J-cups, but im skeptical if they would work with a cambered bar because of how low profile the roller itself sits inside of the housing
