Not had this long. Replacement for my previous mat which started to die. Thick enough to kneel on, non-slip design. Only time well tell how well it holds up.

Firm enough to use as mini crash pads in a small bedroom gym. Soft enough to use as knee pads for any exercises on the floor. Also raises you up for cable crunches so you can get extra ROM at bottom of the crunch. Nice.

The only piece of Eleiko equipment I can afford to buy. Works well, and holds up well. Also has a magnet so you can keep it handy if needed.

Can't fault it. Comes in handy for a bunch of exercises. Having a chain, in general, is handy as easy to adjust the length. Good tool to have in your belt (hee hee).

The stainless steel version looks great and feels great. Can be used as a Lat bar or a Straight bar. Only con for me, is that it could have a better rotation system. Same with their Cable Curl Bar.

Bought this so I could hook my Spud Inc Cable Pulley to it while changing weights. Expensive way to do that, but it works well. The Rogue Monster Attachment Post is a better design, taking up much less space on the rack, but alas they don't make that for Monster Lite racks.

Buy this and the Short Ab Strap. They feel great, much softer than you would think for raw webbing, and will take anything you throw at them. Can be used for loads of exercises. Though I will say, these days I only use this for a handful.

Just get them. I used these for all sorts of movements before "the" gym equipment addiction caused me to buy more and more stuff (not my fault). Much like owning the Long Ab Strap.
