Nice short clubs with weighted ends and chrome finish. The knurling is passive (you don’t want aggressive knurling for clubs or mace) but gives you a secure hold. These light clubs are great for warm up to heavier ones and and to get good blood flow to the shoulders before training with weights. They are inexpensive and easy to stow away in a corner.

Nice addition for grip alteration that is different than non-conic Fat Gripz as well as the N-Gage grips. These mimic the Kaz handles and provides a tapering fat grip for a bar or dumbell. You can attach this to a tricep rope as well. Inexpensive addition to “change things up” from your standard 29mm barbells.

Great tool to work free adhesions and improve joint mobility and range of motion. Easy to utilize and effective. It’s small a stows away easily. Highly recommend having this in your pre-workout regimen.

Heavy duty, zero flex with my 27 pound weighted vest. I have zero doubt with the 200lb weight rating claim. I have several more of these in black to store my actual plate carriers and a few other tactical vests. What’s nice is the built in grip that you can use for easy comfortable transport. Well worth the cost.

Great grip training and core stability training doing rope climbs in an L-Sit from floor. It’s “low-tech” but that’s what makes it cool and ands a little variety into the usual grip and core work. The rope sheds a lot, but it’s strong and never going to break on you. Rogue has a variety of different lengths to choose from depending on ceiling height.

This is compact and very easy to setup. The Pro version is better in the sense of wider platform and a little more robust. You have to purchase additional bands because the ones provided aren’t sufficient in resistance. It’s easiest to get out of position by using a single large carabiner to hook multiple bands to, rather than having to unclip multiple individual bands. I added full coverage skateboard tape to the platform surface. This could be built better for the cost, but even with many stronger bands connected, I never felt unsafe.

First off, I put extra “Rogue” sticker that I had on this as a joke. This has just OK performance, cumbersome to mount and dismount. Poor weld quality and poor powdercoat paint durability. The unit didn’t want to attach firmly enough and had some flex to it. I replaced this with another unit that has a better resistance curve and is more compact. I also have a dedicated attachment point for my new piece so I don’t need to attach and detach. This is not very expensive - but that shows with lack of robustness of piece and poor finishes.

After opening wall and building some backing behind the drywall, I mounted two of these to attach both of my Stroops Son Of The Beast elastic straps to as well my 2” thick Battle Rope. With 4 bolts, these things aren’t going anywhere. And that’s important because each Stroop puts about 105lb of repeated pulling tension on the wall mount.
