Although these are utilitarian and I owned a pair, the Force6 Fitness versions are a far better build and also finished off more nicely in a premium way….if you care about that. I got the OG ones when they were first released and sold them for what I paid to get the Force6 Fitness ones.

Contours are perfect for HSPU as intended. Now that I have been drifting away from CrossFit lately I use this pad for added chest comfort using my Pritchett Pad, as well as under my forearms on my forearm machine to get that extra stretch. I’ve owned it for about 6 years now and it still looks new. Gotta love that Abmat durability they have become known for.

If you have vertical barbell storage the two things that often go overlooked are finding storage options with internal plastic sleeves and also to cushion your barbell sleeve ends. This solves one of those two things. Worth the cost. I ordered these before Synergee barbell holder even arrived.

This is a great shoulder warm-up piece. I use a timer and do 10 sets of 1 minute spins with a 30 second break. I have the 12lb version and it has held up for the past 5 years. It should be about 1/2 the actual cost. I store it on my rack on top side crossmember.

I had the REP dip attachment, about twice as heavy, and more bulky, I think 7 gauge steel, and that didn’t budge. I sold it once I discovered the Mutant Metals UDA, when he launched, and it is a “Ultimate” piece and does not disappoint, I am more than happy with this replacement. I like the diameter of these handles better and the knurling is a perfect application for dips. I ordered mine long before Rogue formed any sort of manufacturing partnership with Mutant Metals, so stainless was only choice. I chose the threaded ends with knurled nuts because I felt that this would be more stable. The dip attachment doesn’t need to be a rapid speed changing item (unlike like dumbbells for instance while doing drop sets). The knurled nuts allow for efficient changes, not as fast as pin configuration, but again I don’t think speed is the key with this piece. I’m 215, it has an ever so slight flex with my body weight, imperceptible, nor deleterious to the exercises performed with it. I have also used a strapped 2 Pood kettlebell with it and that didn’t result in any abnormal bounce and essentially the same amount of flex. I store mine off my rack on wall control.

I was able to pick up the Stainless Steel versions at Home Gym Con straight from Rory at a discount. Just like the Gym-Pin adapters and the Vendetta Adapters, these have made my Jammer arms feel like machine movements. The knurling is excellent and again, I love supporting small independent USA companies, so the more premium price is worth it.

This piece is not one of these “Jack of all trades only good at a few” mega multi-purpose pieces of equipment that are saturating the market. This is designed to do two things and does both superbly. It’s a Nordic Curl and Back Extension piece. The build quality is awesome. Stainless steel posts, laser numbered. Injection molded rollers and pad make for durable and comfortable cushioning at ankles and knees. It’s easy to switch between exercises and adjusts smoothly. It is also fairly compact as well, which is a plus for me. Unlike the Freak Athlete Hyper Pro, which is much more bulky. It is expensive, but I got it introductory sale, and with a GovX discount for $680. It’s over $1000 now and I know that is overpriced.

I think referring to this bar - as the company Exponent Edge had done when it was released - as a “curl bar” - does this bar a real injustice. It has many more and better applications than just that. It is a cambered bar (straight grip, not Swiss or Football obviously) that works well for benching and chest supported rows (my two favorite uses) as well as skull crushers and of course curls. I won’t be using it for curls at all. The main reason I purchased this bar over any other straight cambered bar is that it is short but still Rackable. This makes for more easier maneuvering in and out of my rack. Same reason that I own a Rogue Stump Bar, and their C70-S Barbell. The bar is cerakoted (not great quality) and the sleeves are a smooth chrome with Titanium/gunmetal coating. It has light somewhat passive knurling that is divided up along the length of the bar at different sections. • There is 3” of knurling on the 30 degree bends • There are two small areas of knurling (3” on either side and 11” on center) to the central straight 16” portion of the bar • No center knurling • Knurling on outside straight portion for benching starts at 28.5”width and runs to 43.5” Inches (so 7.5” of knurling on each side). I would have preferred continuous knurling. Dimensions & Specs: Overall Length - 71” • Inside Length (Sleeve rim to Sleeve rim) 51 3/8” • Sleeve length - 10.5” • Weight - 31lbs • Inner straight portion of bar runs about 16”, outer straight portions about 12.5” on either side and bends run about 5.25” on either side • Single bilateral bends at 30 degrees positioned 21.5 inches on center of knurled grip (for reference Rogue curl bar’s outer angled grips are 18” on center) • 28mm diameter • 700lb capacity rating Purchased for $258 shippep. For under $300 it is a versatile enough bar for me to recommend.
