This was one of the first pieces that I got for my gym on clearance at a fitness store going out of business. I got it to hold my dumbbell bumpers and small change plates. I put some plastic Olympic sleeve adapters on it. It is sturdy and not expensive compared to other more prominent “Name-Brand” equivalents.

Who said grip training needs to be boring! This is not only a very unique piece but it’s S-Tier in design and function. Banded grip training or plate or combo. Small footprint and smooth function. The welds and powder coat are impeccable. Small USA company and Matt is awesome to interact with. Saw this at Home Gym Con last year and immediately knew I had to find a place for this in my gym.

Nice to have something portable and contained. I will be getting the pro version for a few reasons. Cleaner (because pro uses thermoplastic pellets vs rice), and secondly I have no use for the balls, they can be annoying. This works well to get a good burn. I’ve noticed though that you need to keep the bag tightly “surrounded” by your thighs to provide proper resistance rather than just having this sit on top of your lap. There is some micro-dust that emanates from the bag with heavy use. I bring it in my car everywhere for when I’m in slow, heavy traffic or waiting to pick up my kids from practices.

Expensive at over $4K. Heavy 1:1 stacks for high and low row, which is great (2 - 200lb stacks). Functional trainer is at 2:1 and has a nice wide spread. The Smith functions very smoothly and allows for low positioning movements “of the ground” as well. Unfortunately, you are locked into Ironmaster’s ecosystem for any attachments for uprights. It’s footprint is rather large which, for some, could be a deterrent with space at a premium. The pull-up station is nice and very modular and easily adjusted for hand positions and widths.

This is a nice stand, plenty stable and supportive, works perfectly with Nuobells - obviously since it is built specifically for their dumbbell system. The trays screw down securely onto the stand. The single post is less bulky than the other version and no less stable, so I went with that. It also supplies a magnetic attachment point for magnetic adder weights like the rubber coated Plate Mates.

This is a great little piece that allows me to connect my two overhead cables (one for each stack on my FT) to allow for heavy lat pulldowns. There are others similar in design and function. I chose this at the time since the holes perfectly aligned with my FT and the connector piece was black.

I had this piece all for 1 day and returned it (fortunately for free through Amazon). Since you can only safely pull about 70% of your body weight, it is a little ridiculous. You you add more, the entire platform will “walk/slide” forward toward weight stack. Secondly, you have to start in the bottom of the movement which is not ideal. Thirdly, the belt they give you, which has a seatbelt buckle, is uncomfortable. And last but not least, if you ever forget to unclip and just step off the platform, even with single foot, the platform will go flying forward. I was contemplating adding some weight plate pegs to increase working weight, but I found out at the time of my return and after contacting company that they were releasing a “Pro” version in the next quarter with larger platform, weight horns and a T grip stabilizing bar. All improvements but still not enabling heavier belt squats. It’s a practical piece for a gym with functional trainer and lack of space for light belt squat, and if doing good mornings with lighter weight.

Fit perfectly in space on my rack that I needed it to, had plastic liner (unlike Rogue’s) and provides a great spot to store my Rogue DB-15 Dumbbell Handles. Strong and stable for barbells as well, as it’s designed for. Better value than other more expensive options.
