I just got this in the mail days ago and it’s already a game changer for my VTS. I use my VTS exclusively with unilateral attachments or the Feather Barbell, which means I had to have separate hooks for each attachment if you want to spend the extra money or I would have to manually adjust and clamp down each side. These tubes eliminate all that—you just need to slot in your attachments and hand tighten them in with the screw. Using machines the the VTS is great until you have to slow the entire process down to move it around and change attachments. This keeps your workouts flowing and removes one caveat that comes along with highly versatile equipment like this.

The weight is the perfect form factor to get as close to your body as possible, leading to less sway and strain on your back. They have handles allowing you to use them for various exercises. If you own any ruck product from GoRuck, you have to get these.

The storage compartment for the plates make this the best rucking experience and you don’t have to look like you’re wearing a bulletproof vest in public. It’s incredibly durable and looks as good as it did the day I bought it. You can get the bag higher on your back than you’d think, lessening the load on your lower back. Beyond the plates, this bag can store almost as much as their GR1 bag so there’s lots of utility. If you’re committing to rucking, this the best best choice currently.

I just got this installed yesterday in the dual configuration. Both cables travel smoothly and it seems like lots of thought was given to the design of this machine but with one glaring issue. The height of this machine is only 80 inches and you cannot use the top holes of the chrome uprights if you are planning the pull the cable across the front of the machine. The pulleys will catch on the machine, preventing movement. This is not a deal breaker but it’s a problem if you want to do an exercise such as cable flyes. Other than that, it does everything you would think a cable machine does and it does it well. Installing this on the wall was a pain in a garage. You really need to put lots of time into getting the feet level since this is mounted onto the wall. I would suggest this only if you’re installing into a basement so you don’t have to go through what I did. There are definitely some trade offs but that’s what you’re signing up for with a piece that’s designed to be as small as possible.

This is one of those products that may seem unnecessary but you’ll find tons of uses for. This will allow you to quickly rack a squat and not worry about scraping your rack, which is something I appreciate. My favorite use for this is preventing knurled attachments from scraping my rack while using my Voltras. The longer you own these, the more uses you’ll find for them. I cannot recommend these enough.

This is a great piece especially if you’re needing a handle to hold onto while belt squatting. It’s lightweight and the magpins hold it securely in place. It’s a versatile piece that is built well

Pretty solid and cheap option for cable movements. I mainly use them for him abduction and they seem to work well. They are easy to put on, don’t move, and perform well

It works fine. Barbell Rescue has a better product but this does a decent job. This one doesn’t get used anymore now that I got my Barbell Rescue one.
