It’s a no frills functional trainer that is “good enough” but won’t do anything better than average. There’s a little bit of slop in the cable but this was one of the cheapest options on the market back when Fray Fitness still existed. You can probably find one for cheap which would be a good value.

It feels good on my back but it’s not a game changer like you’ll see it advertised. I can’t definitively say that this does anything truly useful but at least it feels good. Hanging from a pull up bar will basically do the same thing for me, for what it’s worth.

This is a fantastic upgrade to a good handle. The 3D printed grip is lightweight and has a great hand feel with the knurling. If you dislike the elevated squishy rubber center on the standard handle, this upgrade is a no brainer. This makes the handle the same width across without sacrificing anything. Being able to customize the colors is just the icing on the cake. This upgrade is a slam dunk for anyone with the TrakHandle Sports

This machine is very adjustable and you’ll have no issues hitting your quads hard. It’s built like a tank and it’ll make sure you have trouble walking after you’re done with your workout. You definitely have to give this a go if you find one of these.

This is the first chest press I used back in the day. I’m a big fan of the arcing motion that this machine provides. It’s not the best in terms of ROM but you can push some serious weight with this and there is value in that. This machine has annihilated my chest many times and I would go back to using it if I saw it again in a gym. There are newer and fancier machines now but this “just works”

The first gym I lifted out had a couple of these and they are definitely tanks. They are big and heavy as expected for a commercial piece. Adjusting the angle of the pads is a little awkward by today’s standards with the pin but it isn’t difficult to use. I wouldn’t pick one of these up for a home gym at this point unless you get a good deal. There are many other options that are lighter and easier to adjust at this point.

This is the first leg press I ever used and I still think it’s one of my favorites. The pivoting motion always felt great to me and I would try to pick one of these up if I had unlimited space. It’s a simple and time tested piece that everyone should try.

This is the first bench that I ever got and it served its purpose in a pinch during the pandemic. Fortunately, I received this as a gift and didn’t have to pay for it because I would still be disappointed. It’s obviously an entry level bench but every aspect of it is awkward. The pad sizes and gaps are all out of whack. I wouldn’t pay money for this if you have any actual experience lifting and plan on using a single bench for a while. I used it out of necessity and wouldn’t recommend it considering there are tons of other cheap options out there at this point.
