My main gripe with rope attachments is that it’s very difficult to grip properly at higher loads. This attachment fixes that issue. The knurling is fantastic and the end caps don’t dig into your hands. This is the best rope attachment on the market, although at a premium price.

These are some of the best mag pins on the market. The ends are more low profile than most without sacrificing the magnetism for properly mounting things. I will be getting more in the future.

These are big and bulky but do the job. The orientation of these make it so you can’t use that side of the rack for the most part. If you have a small space with a single rack, I cannot recommend this. There are other options that will better utilize your space

These feel good in the hand and offer multiple hand holds for you to choose from. It’s a premium product with a premium price, but something that will look good on your rack.

It’s solid and it holds lots of weight. It works as intended and has lasted for years. There are cheaper ones out there but you know Rogue will last you a lifetime.

These are great for doing isolateral work. The handles feel good and the knurling is just right. I would definitely recommend these.

You can do lots of exercises using customized strength curves, but the issue is that you’re buying into an ecosystem when you buy the Smart Arm. You need to have the Shorty Bench along with all of the attachments for the shorty bench in order to maximize your investment. The $1500 Smart Arm quickly turns into over $4000 if you go all in. This is certainly a premium product that most will never consider because of that. If you take the plunge, you are getting a well built, great performing piece. I mainly use this for leg extensions, leg curls and preacher curls. This machine is fantastic for all of them and has taken my training to the next level for those exercises. The Smart Arm even has a hole on the bottom of the arm for a cable or Voltra to attach. I can’t truly recommend this to anyone unless I know they have disposable income and I know they would love the novelty of this product.

This is a pretty standard hip thrust machine that starts from the top of the rep. It works well and is heavy duty. The build quality is mostly good, with the exception being the pad being free floating and the arms it’s on not adjusting smoothly. The main issue is the size of this machine. It is very large to account for the adjustable foot plate and the storage on the rear, making it a questionable decision to purchase the machine in a smaller gym. If space isn’t an issue, this hip thrust is a solid choice compared to other more expensive options on the market.
