Most fun you can have with your clothes on. Wish I could give this thing 6 stars.

These are cool for sure. Was gifted these by supporting member Big Curt. They are fun to add in to grip training- if you're into that sorta thing. I also like using them to protect my bands when I am doing deadlifts on my platform. Small knock just because there are cheaper alternatives out there nowadays that do the exact same thing.

I think this is a great competition bar, especially for the value. The knurling feels great. I am not sure how Hansu makes money on this bar. I would recommend this over buying an Eleiko for your comp training, especially if budget is a concern.

Good barbell jack. At the time of purchase it was the cheapest I could find. This is a good example of something that you dont need to be fancy, you just need it to be made of strong metal tubing. Knock a little off of build quality, not the fanciest welds and the little UHMW pad squares where the barbell is supported are always twisting.

This thing holds huge bottles and gives me the security that I need for my beverages

This is a go to for me for tricep cable work. I can't really think of anything that I don't like about it for this price. Not as nice as super premium offerings out there but very solid.

There are cheaper made options out there but this thing is a beast. Spud has great quality and the exercises are unlimited with this. I use it almost every lifting day.
