Of as good as Rep or Bells of Steel, but they are cheaper. They fit well, but not as tight as the others. They are just fine though for the purpose they serve.

Change plates are expensive and these are no different. They are really nice plates. They look great and they fit well on a bar.

Works well. Attached easily to the wall and holds a lot of bands. Exactly what I needed.

Works for pull-ups. You need this if you are going to link two cable towers together.

These are one of my favorite training modalities. I use these, in some form or fashion, every time I train. I will do some minimalist stretching, squats, rows, and sometimes shoulder movements as I warm-up. The ability to adjust the length of the straps (and the angles) makes it so easy to do anything from a light warm-up to a heavier workout. I have had mine for 7-8 years and they still look like new. I think these are a gym necessity. I have also taken these on vacation and found you can use them almost anywhere. One can get a very nice workout with just these and a kettlebell.

This is a great bar for women, children, and some of us older folks. I use it quite a bit when I do not want to wrestle with my bigger bars. It is lighter and thinner and sometimes that is nice. They come in colors (mine is purple...my grand-daughters favorite color) which is nice and, they display the craftsmanship one would expect from Rogue. You can buy a similar bar cheaper, but, in this case, I think you get what you pay for.

This is a fun gym addition. I use it to warm up and as a monotony breaker. I also like to challenge my grandson. Probably to expensive for a gimmick, but it is fun.
