I bought this on Marketplace so I am not sure of it real value new. It was in good shape and remains so, I have only had one vest, but this seems like it does its job well.

Decent piece of equipment. I got rid of it to clear space. It is pretty much as good as any other Glute/Ham Machine. The price is reasonable and the construction is good.

This is a nice starter bench. I used it for awhile, but I recently gave it to a friend starting their home gym. It is a nice bench for the price and is fairly stable.

Just a nice old plate that I use on one of my machines that takes a 1" hole plate. Does its job like it has for years.

You do not have to start out with this fully loaded. You can start lighter and build up. The bag is built well and relatively inexpensive. The straps are sometimes in the way, but they also can be used for some movements. There may be better bags, but I think this is a great starter bag.

I have moved on from using these since I picked up my cable towers, but I liked them and they served a nice purpose. I think I may eventually get a VTS and use these to counter balance the weight of them.

If you need a nut this is nice. They add color to your gym space and work well. I have nothing bad to say about them.

It does fulfill its purpose, but I would say that it might be most useful in a small HomeGym where space is at a premium. I use it occasionally as a change of pace. It is well constructed and the padding is appropriate to make it usable.
