This thing is better than it gets credit for. My son (13 y/o) is a competitive wrestler and I picked this up as a fun neck training device for him to use under supervision. The adapter for 1-2inch plates had some burrs on it, but otherwise built quality is good. It’s a nice, midrange option for neck training.

These went on steep discount and are very available on the secondhand market. They are excellent and almost overbuilt for what they are. My 50lb slam ball lives in one of these and it’s been rock solid.

I have no beef with this. For about 7 years, my daughter has used this for dance, tumbling and gymnastics. It’s light, durable and inexpensive.

If the hook were even slightly bigger, these would be perfect. Great for collars, odds and ends, and TV remotes

I don’t understand why/how this bar is so bad. The padding is horrible, the handle spacing is bad. It’s just a super uncomfortable bar

It’s easy to store and comfortable to use, but it’s a bit of a pain to set up. If you use these, use them inside the rack, else the rack will shake.

Really well built, but they don’t crack my back like I was hoping. Still use them for some aches and pains, but not often.

Not a bad roller. I use it mostly for IT band. The blue is not rigid enough for a lot of other body parts, for those I use either the bear post or a lacrosse ball.
