Helped assemble this for a friend, and I lift in it often. It’s an absolute tank and still looks brand new. J cups and safeties are really nice for the price point too.

I absolutely hated this bench. The pad was horrible. It was slippery, hard and I could feel it bend. Even after multiple attempts to adjust the bench to fix flexing, the spotter arms never fit right so they were difficult to adjust.

Knurling is poor, the angle of the handles is ok, but does not work well for me for skull crushers. It’s also not very long so you really have to focus when re-racking.

An excellent replacement for the hitch pins that came with my Fringe spotter arms. Magnets are strong, and these look awesome.

These are excellent. There are cheaper and DIY options, but it’s not like these are super expensive. I grabbed a big pack of them and use them all the time for my yoke and sled

This is a custom log from Alan Christ (sells on FBMP in NY/PA. He makes an awesome product. It’s gorgeous, feels great and has been very durable so far. I’m a huge fan. He polys them so thick that the finish feels amazing.

One of the best commercial leg presses I have used. It has lasted in our department gym, and it has good adjustment for people of different sizes.

The self limitation of an outside-the-rack spotter arm on a 2x2 rack probably contributes to this, but the arm is too short to be visible for anything other than presses. The build quality seems ok, but the welds aren’t as good as the 2x3 version. I bought them for log press, and they’re hardly long enough to serve as log j cups. The lining is really nice…
