Not super great especially nowadays considering there is better options for around the same price or slightly more expensive. It wobbles when you use it even if you have weight holding it down. It's titan so they go on sale a lot I wouldn't buy it full price. The part where you actually push on moves back and forth way too much.

They deform very quickly. But if you want a starter stone or a stone that you do not need tacky or anything for I think these are a great start. Especially if you want something that'll last and you do not really care if it stays perfect forever. They are very fun to use however. It feels as close to as a stone as you can get without actually being a stone. Very impressive honestly. I think however you might as well use sandbags if you are going to buy these.

It's fantastic if you need an all-in-one rack and are limited on space. Feels perfectly stable and easy to use. My only problem with it is that the pulleys seemed very stiff and had a lot of friction. I do not know if that was just because of the one I used or if that is a common issue. The pulldown also is very close to the back of the rack and there isn't any bar to hold yourself down when you're doing pulldowns. I think they need to include something like that and maybe they do, but again with the one I used it didn't work great. Also on the functional trainer part you have to move the J-hooks to slide the pulleys up and down. And obviously that is just a problem w/ it being an all in one vs. a ARES specific issues.

Yeah I don't recommend. The pad is super hard and narrow which makes pressing horrible. You might as well lay on a wooden bench at least it's cheaper than this. It's stable, but so are a lot of other benches. You couldn't pay me to use this bench.

If you're getting wall control get these. They have any attachment you could want. Shelves, short or long hooks, pegs for sleeves. It's perfect for a gym.
