Solid piece definitely commercial quality. Performance wise did exactly what it was supposed too although my only critique is the position of the pad makes it quite uncomfortable for men...! additionally the inability to raise the incline, made ROM a challenge. All in all though its a really solid piece.

The Strength Shop Bastard Power Bar is a brilliant all-round bar for a home gym. It’s nice and stiff, the knurling is grippy without being ridiculous, and it feels really solid under heavy squat, bench and deadlift work. Build quality is very good and it stands up well to regular strength training. Overall, it’s a really strong value option if you want a dependable power bar

The Strength Shop Riot SSB is, in my opinion, the best safety squat bar option available in the UK right now. The build quality is excellent — it feels incredibly sturdy under heavy loads and the pad/handle setup keeps you locked in and stable. It brings a really honest stimulus to squat variations and upper-back work. For what you get, the value is very strong compared to importing alternatives from the US.

The EliteFTS American Cambered Bar is a seriously solid addition to a home gym, especially for building pressing strength and shoulder stability. The camber gives a great range of motion and forces you to stay controlled under load, which transfers well to straight bar work. It’s very well built and feels premium, but it is expensive — particularly once you factor in importing it from the USA. I’d personally prefer knurled handles for better grip, but overall it’s a great specialist bar to have in the rotation.

The Earthquake Bar is a really unique bit of kit that brings a completely different stimulus to upper body and stability work in a home gym. The oscillation forces you to stay tight and honest with your positioning, which carries over well to straight bar work. Build quality is good and it does exactly what it’s meant to do. That said, it’s undeniably expensive for what it is — but if you value variation and specific intent in your training, it can still be a worthwhile addition.

Great build The Concept2 SkiErg is one of the best bits of conditioning kit you can add to a home gym. It delivers serious performance — whether you’re doing steady aerobic work or brutal intervals — and the resistance always feels smooth and honest. Build quality is rock solid, exactly what you’d expect from Concept2, and it’ll take years of abuse without issue. It’s compact, low maintenance, and represents outstanding value for money if you’re serious about your training.

The bikeerg is the one piece i recommend when asked abotu home gym cardio equipment. Its the most versatile piece and can be used for long easy rised or sprint work with equal effectiveness. If i could only have one piece of cardio equipment in my home gym a bikeerg wins every time
