Got to use this in Steve’s gym moving meowntains. When I was looking at a deadlift bar him and I both discussed this versus a TDB. This is almost comparable and the price for Canadians even with shipping is pretty awesome. I barely see the difference between the 2. But, I checked with Brandon and he said if the price is comparable go with Texas power. So I did.

Okay so I don’t actually believe in foam rolling but someone convinced me it would help with DOMS. This one is pretty darn good, and has held up for years! No reason to spend a ton of money on a foam roller if I’m being honest.

Every gym needs chalk. Like the blue book says, if you don’t have chalk, get chalk. If your gym bans chalk, get a new gym. Mine is simply a bucket places in a flower stand. Nothing fancy here. Cheap to make. Does the job. A bit wobbly but it literally holds chalk.

I have some chains and used to use them for some ego lifts. I’m aware some people use them for function but I’m not about that life. I simply went to Home Depot and got a few lengths of chain cut, so the price was minimal. I apparently haven’t used them in so long I’m wearing shoes in this photo!

I’m not a vintage weight guy at all, but these are in my gym and have been since it was built. They predate my gym to be honest. These are 1 inch plates and could probably use a good cleaning. But they’re pretty. They are also not the cross hub design. Which is weird but what do I know?
