I got to use this in Aberdeen at Massenomics Gym. It was my first log attempt ever and I was coached by the man himself Scants. Being my first log, the excitement was overshadowed by any ability to review it, but based on logs Ive since used, it doesn’t feel as sturdy as those, as if it wasn’t a “strong” as some of them. It also felt short but that makes sense since it is.

I got this right before everything went on and I was building my gym. Good price and quick Amazon delivery. It served its purpose but I eventually realized 2 flaws: The space in between the back rest and seat was too wide to properly bench in. The feet are not stable and as my bench required more stability this didn’t offer that. I eventually upgraded to a flat bench. I still use it for any accessories or things that require incline or decline, but do not recommend for competition style benching

This does exactly as advertised at a very good price. It’s held in through 2 floods, and has never tipped even with a series of various bars placed.

These are pretty basic and perform well. I have 15, 25lb, and 20kg. I like using them for swings, but especially wrist control and therapy.

There’s not much to say about this other than it does its job. Isolates biceps, prevents rocking, and imitates strict curls. As not a body builder, I don’t use it very often. It also makes my gut stuck out.

I dunno they’re hex dumbbells at $1/lb new. They weigh what they say and do their job. The knurling is okay and I’m not sure why I need that on dumbbells. But these will do.

I have a different version of this that is not available anymore. It’s open on one end and has built in jacks. Pros: 500lb weight, built in jacks for easy loading, works great for most exercises and even some different things. The major downside, and it’s a big one, is the handles spin. This makes gripping very, very difficult when the weights are heavy. You’re almost required to use straps to be able to use this thing. I’ve attached a photo of the one I have since it’s no longer listed on the website.

I got these by accident when I bought my axle and asked if I needed them. I don’t. They are not designed for standard barbells. These do however work on the American cambered bar. Easy to use and lightweight, I enjoy these for when I know I may drop a weight (log press). My only concern is how flimsy they feel, even if they aren’t.
