This bench is perfect for me But i am a bigger person so the weight of the bench is no problem I could see where it could be a issue. The zero gap takes time to get use to But i really like it.

Bought this unit off amazon just to have a leg press after a surgery i had. It works well I wish the foot plate was larger The range in the leg press is not awesome but the machine gets the job done and its better then not having one at all.

This rack was my first home gym Piece I got it during the covid and it has been rock solid I still have I have modified it so its 24 in now and use it for my VTS system and its still working great.

I Love this flag Its one of my favorites It really brings the room together.
