Overall not bad held up nicely the years but over priced for what they do. The zippers are pretty much blown out and it’s not worth to buy another set

Honestly super fun to see how often your grip strength has its ups and downs. Also great to bring around a group of people and yall can have fun !!

Gets the job done so you don’t need a bunch of bench blocks laying around. Also you won’t need someone to hold the board which is another huge win. Highly recommended

For smaller change plates they’re cheapish and these will get the job done if you need plates quick. But they’re not great. Definitely recommend if you’re starting a gym and don’t want to pay for shipping or need plates to just sit on certain machines

Overall was really happy with this bar, great for snatches, cleans and front squats. Would like to get another one day, gifted mine away to a buddy starting a home gym. Side note this bar rarely had rusting issues awesome for the garage gym

I did the cheap way of going to Depot and grabbing some cable to make my own. Didn’t last long and without the proper equipment to fully crimp down the ends of the cable I feel like it’ll usually lead to failure in time

Used a few 4x4s an made blocks for pulls from 18” and 13” have held up really nicely and haven’t broke at all
