GMWD all around is horrible. Horrible build quality and all of their stuff starts to get loose tolerances and feel even worse over time

Used this once and would not gift it to my worst enemy. Build quality is about as low as it can get. It’s cheap, and for a reason. May be decent for a year but it will without doubt not be a piece that lasts

One of the best single stacks that you can buy. More expensive than some others, but it’s made in the USA and prime is top tier

Decent build quality and the movement are decent. Better options on marketplace with true commercial equipment that’s older

Not sure how this has decent reviews, I’ve used it twice and would never buy it, especially at that price point. Resistance profile on seated leg curl is horrible

Range of motion sucks on both movements and the rollers are cheap so it isn’t smooth

I owned this in the past and it was a decent lat pulldown/low row for a decent price. Fairly average overall

Great belt squat and you can often find them on marketplace for a good deal
