This is a great bar. If you’re buying your first bar, you can’t go wrong with a classic Ohio bar. Just make sure you have a dehumidifier if you buy the bare steel (unless you live in a dry area).

Love the ski erg. Same build quality and smooth performance as the C2 rower and bike erg. I’ve mainly used it with the foot plate and it’s good - stable and easy to move around. If I were only getting one piece of cardio equipment though this wouldn’t be my first choice.

I’ve logged a lot of meters on it and rowed at least once or twice a week for years, and one of the biggest things that stands out is just how consistently smooth it operates. The monitor is another strong point. It works well, is easy to read, and has a lot of useful features and data if you want them. That said, I’m pretty simple with it and usually stick to the same standard layout every time, which honestly says something too - it gives you everything you need up front without overcomplicating the experience.

I love Rogue’s kettle bells. I used to use the 203’s all the time for heavy swings, farmers, suitcase deadlifts, etc. They’re super well balanced, the diameter of the handles is nice and they look and feel bomb proof.

This machine is great. It isn’t the best version of an iso-lateral chest press, but it works well for my body proportions. The seat adjustments and starting position may make it difficult for some to use, but you can always use the old yoga block trick under your butt, behind your back to adjust your body position. Or you can place the blocks under the weight arms to adjust the starting position.

The build quality is solid - they're made for commercial gyms so they can take a beating. I like the diameter of the handles and I prefer the flat sides to a round pro-style dumbbell. The knurling is passive. You can definitely find a less expensive set of dumbbells though, if you prefer that over a pair of adjustables.

This works fine and the build quality isn’t bad, but it’s overpriced. If I could go back in time I would’ve just bought the Voltra by itself and bought a Darko quick mount instead of this.

I bought the Beyond Power Voltra I after selling my old squat rack with a dual-pulley plate-loaded functional trainer because I wanted to laterally upgrade to a nicer 3x3 rack, specifically a Titan X-3, without giving up cable functionality. The Voltra has been a great solution because it is far more space efficient while also being more versatile than a plate-loaded rack-attached functional trainer. It not only fills that role well, but has also improved other parts of my setup by letting me replace or upgrade movements I was already doing, like using it for more Rogue Rhino-style belt squats instead of relying on my Fringe Sport Mammoth belt squat. Overall, it feels less like a compromise and more like a smarter, more effective home gym setup.
