This bag works well for training and has a great texture for the canvas but dust goes everywhere

These are great collars. Do you need them, probably not. Do they allow no play for the plates and everything is super tight absolutely.

These plates have a great finish that is consistent. Some would say smooth yet easy to grip. But great build quality and pretty accurate.

It would be nice If you could stand it up but over all its a decent adjustable bench.

Good SSB love the feel some of the geometry is a bit different. But all in all a great bar
