Im not the biggest fan of these attachments. The rope never feels perfectly even and it tends to hurt my hands at higher weights. But for the money its worth picking one of these up when first starting out

Again another item I used a lot since the beginning. Now there are better options out there. The rope can be kind of slick especially when hands are sweating and the knob ends come unscrewed.

I love it. Rope is not rough feeling. The end plastic is a bit hard but hasn’t affected my training with it workouts feel like a commercial gym because ya have the rope attachment hahaha!

Yes4All's rope attachment is virtually identical to what you will find in most commercial gyms, so if that's what you're interested in buying, then look no further. This attachment looks, feels, and functions as youexpect, and you can't argue with the price.

Does the job and for like $12? Hard to complain about much.

Does the job it’s supposed to do. Holds up well. Not the best tricep attachment but it’s not like you don’t know what you’re getting when you’re getting this.

Probably my cheapest attachment but the most used attachment I have, so it would be my #1 recommendation. After 2 years of use I've noticed some slight tearing in the rope near the center attachment point, its not a big deal but wanted to point it out. There are obviously some higher end ropes, but functionally they're all about the same so I'm not sure its worth paying more (I think I paid around $15 for this).

The triceps rope in general isn't my favorite accessory, but as far as this one in particular goes, I don't see a difference in quality from what I've used at commercial gyms. Durability-wise, I imagine it will hold up just fine in my garage, since it's not like it's getting used multiple times a day.

Amazon Tricep Rope is great tricep and bicep exercises. This is tried and true peice is equipment.

An inexpensive way to add a bit more wrist motion or extra range of motion to some of your most popular triceps and biceps exercises. I use it a lot: face pulls, overhead extensions, pushdowns, cable curls, cable crunches, twist extensions, etc. You can use both sides for bilateral movements, or just let one side catch against the carabiner to turn it into a unilateral rope.
