These work really well on the rogue plate tree or similar design. It will leave an impression on your paint or powder coat once you take it off. They have held some serious weight without any issue.

Got this from Adam Derks. He said it’s similar design to a mouser block. Loads with 25 lb plates so it can get up pretty heavy. He said he has had it to 300+ LBs. I do wish there was a bit more reinforcement and softer corners. It’s a bit dangerous once overhead if you don’t have good control over it.

Great piece of grip training. Easy to setup and fun to use. Not a lot of carryover for it’s strength, but is a humbling test

Not a big fan of these for doing compound lifts on. They will also leave a impression if equipment rests on them. They are good to add some cushion for more dynamic movement or warm ups. I keep a handful of tiles to put out when I need them.

I had the original version of these, but have also used the new version. Both worked great and made DB press more convenient. Still not great for incline since you have to put the rack so far back to not get in the way during press. Overall I think these are a great addition to put in if you do heavy DB press.

These were my first DBs and worked great for the 10+ years I had them. Sold them when I got iron masters. As long as you don’t drop them and take care of them they will last and work great. The size is inconvenient, but not that bad. Value is great on these

These can be luck of the draw on weight accuracy. I have had some pretty bad ones (5lbs off) and some spot on. These are fine weights if they are accurate. As long as you can check them to make sure they are not several pounds off then they should be fine.

These are not a bad alternative to MAG. The price makes them hard to beat. The eyelet can be hard to secure to so getting keeping a clip on them was what I did. I have MAG now and sold these. They have a similar feel, but I do like the grip and angle slightly more on MAG. For most people MAG won’t be “worth” the price compared to these, but I do like supporting the original and local. You don’t really need 5 grips anyway. I’d recommend getting 2 or 3 MAG instead.
