Very expensive per lb plates ( KG i mean). Unless you are competing in this sport, I see no reason to pay this much for this little weight. That IWF engraving is very expensive I guess. In all seriousness, these feel like fine plates, but no different than rubber coated that aren't IWF certified.

I am a fan of the 2.0 design. The spokes and the extra lettering looks great. These are everything you want in a calibrated plate: accurate weight, thin so you can fit more weight on the bar, and have a sticker on them that makes them approved by whoever that matters for. Although these are very nice plates, the paint does chip over time. I don’t expect them not to, but I could see someone thinking that with how high of a price tag that is on them. You aren't paying that high for that feature. Same goes for moving them around the gym. The lip to grab is very small. Expect it to be challenging at first and needing to build up a tolerance to it over time. I am glad to have mine, but I don’t see much need for them in a gym that isn’t competing in power lifting. Even then, I think you will get as good training on normal, but still nice plates.

On the face or on the lip would be good. I prefer the face look. TOASTER RACK. For a set of bumpers this thing is great for quick setups and moving things around. It does get pretty heavy when fully loaded so make sure you load it correctly if you plan to move it (heavy weight at wheels). I think a tree or posts on your rack will serve you better. That said, the tree with rollers does not roll well on mats and this rolls just fine.
