I absolutely love this thing. Great for decline sit-ups. Pad is very firm, but good for its use. It is a bit awkward to store when not in use, but it’s not too big so easy to tuck away.

This has the same build quality as the full size rogue Jack (which is great). If you need a single Jack, this style isn’t my favorite as it’s a not as convenient to get setup, but it does hold the weight better once you are taking weight off as compared to the genesis Jack style. I still recommend the hook style like the genesis over this, but you will still be happy if you go with route.

Unless you have a commercial space or have a load of space, I think anything but the scout RH takes up too much space for how often most people will use it. Unless you want a full time drink spotter, but massenomics has you covered for those. The pad is comfortable enough and the machine itself is SOLID. Great for if you load heavy or are a larger lifter.

These are a fun way to overload your movement. If you’re a science based lifter you will get a kick out of tweaking the load patterns. If you are a bro lifter you will like how this allows you to drop something in a way that’s part of the workout. Rogue did a good job on these for protection of the bar, but also keeping cost reasonable.

This is a step up from their normal landmine, but at the price go with rep X kleva. The finish on this piece is nice and really matches the monster line of overbuilt and premium.

These are a stop up from cap plates, but not by much. Overall look and feel is very standard. This is a good cross of something that works well and “weight is weight”. I’ve had these plates come in go in my gym like the curl bar fairy.

These things are so cool. Just the overall took and feel is beyond premium. It’s like having a nice barbell sleeve on your rack. The price tag is up there, but once you feel them you will get it. Might not be worth it, but you will get it. The single bolt design is very convenient as well.

This is a fun attachment to include on the rack that you set and forget and play around with from time to time. A bit pricy for that kind of use, but could be a fine gift. The overall feel is good and they are a true challenge.
