When I am disciplined and use it as often as I should, it keeps my lower back feeling solid. Several times I have slacked off, and I pay the price. It can be uncomfortable to use, but for me it's the best medicine for my lower back. Mostly use it with moderate weight and higher reps.

This thing is built like a tank. Very comfortable but its GIANT. I would only buy if you are really use you love reverse hypers and want to make it a big part of your gym. Otherwise for the size and how so many people buy these and then stop using, I'd be cautious on making the purchase until you are sure. But yes this is a very good reverse hyper.

This is one of the few items I bought brand new, it really helped me with years of lower back pain. I use it single legged more than double leg.

I bought mine used for cheap, so value might be conflated. I didn't realize it was missing rubber feet when I bought it but Rogue sold me the replacements for cheap and were quick to support a product I hadn't bought from them. Reverse hyper is one of those movements that is like the vegetables of lifting. Do I enjoy doing the movement? No. Do I recognize that I feel better when I incorporate it? Yes. Overall happy with the product, it is absolutely beefy and eats up a ton of space but I feel I get a lot from the movement and am willing to give up the space for the returns.

Not a big reverse hyper guy but this model felt solid, I hate when I use one and it moves around. The z is a little beefer and has a handle adjustments but feels very similar otherwise. If you use it for nothing else it will at least be a nice coffee table for the gym... I've sat on top and did leg extensions with it before and some different row variations as well

I’m leaning on mine as I write this review. I personally, am a big fan of the classic reverse hyper. One of things that I try and do once a week to keep myself together. Mine is an old Williams strength version, but it’s basically the same as the rogue model. And you can do more than one thing with them if you’re creative: donkey kicks, leg ext., leg curls, pull through, row, standing desk, etc. Build is such that they’ll last for ages.

This is well built like all Rogue products. It’s big so you need space to accommodate it in a home gym. Other than that, it’s a good reverse hyper - stable, comfortable pad, and it’s tall so at 6’5” I can use it without issue.

I am a big fan, but with a very specific caveat. Any police department gym should have one. The issues with duty belts and shift work are genuinely helped by RH. This works well in a huge space, but is way too big for most home gyms.
