I love having these on my rack. I was pleasantly surprised how nice these feel and how easy they are to adjust. I keep all my steel plates on these and haven’t had to do anything for maintenance.

The first home gym item I bought. No issues with these, as they’ve allowed me to do more dips and pull-ups. I would likely be able to get the same results with a cheaper option, but no regrets.

These were an impulse buy after I experienced some elbow/forearm pain from over using the Captains of Crush grippers. I’m sure there are cheaper options that would provide a similar result.

A great grip strength tool. Super simple but easy to integrate into grip training.

I have the previous version of this from Rogue and I’ve been very happy with it. I use it exclusively for walking so not pushing it to its limits use wise, but still happy with the purchase. Not too hard to change weight plates either. I’d recommend making sure you get the shoulder pads if it doesn’t come with any to avoid chafing on your neck.

The straps are well built but a nuisance to move as the system only allows you to move each side a few holes at a time. I still prefer a strap to a pin/pipe or flip down for most lifts.

Great option to store your bars. A bit of a clunky install to make sure both pieces are level, but I also like being able to adjust the width. Get the plastic insert to avoid metal on metal contact.

I have these in 5, 10 and 20lb weights and they’re great. The handles are nice and have even worked as a dumbbell/kettlebell substitute in a pinch.
