It’s a solid bar overall, and the Cerakote finish on mine has held up really well over time. The knurling is a bit less aggressive compared to some other bars I’ve used, which may or may not be a downside depending on what you prefer.

Overall they’re good quality and hold up well for loading and moving. The sizing does seem a bit off though, I’ve got about 190 lbs of sand in my “150 lb” bag and could probably squeeze a little more in. Not a huge issue, but something to keep in mind if you’re trying to be precise with your loading.

It’s a solid rack that feels built well with plenty of customization options, sturdy construction, and no real complaints after using it.

Fit and finish are solid, and they paired up perfectly with my REP PR5000 without any issues. Simple, well-made, and do exactly what you want from strap safeties.

They’re a high-quality, premium plate made in the USA, the machining is clean and consistent. They’re not the cheapest plates out there, but if you want something well-made from a small company, these are a great option.

I’ve been really happy with this bench so far, it’s solid, well made, and looks good in the gym. Everything feels stable under load and the adjustments are smooth and easy to use. It’s a noticeable step up from cheaper benches and it’s been a great upgrade to The Cave.

They work like any other bands, simple and easy to use. Honestly, in my opinion there’s not much difference between brands unless you’re getting into the really heavy ones.

A staple in any gym, nothing fancy, just simple, cheap, and effective.
