It’s not my usual aesthetic, but it got my daughter excited to lift, which is what really matters. It feels well made for a lighter training bar and seems like a great value for the price. Overall, it’s been a solid pickup for introducing her to the gym without overcomplicating things.

Works great and does a lot for how simple it is, especially when space or options are limited. I picked it up while deployed and it definitely delivered, just doesn’t get much use now and is easy to forget about in a corner.

Tough, cheap, and get the job done. Moving them is the hardest workout you’ll do with them.

The handle design actually makes it useful for more than just rucking if you want to get a little creative. That said, unless you’re doing a lot of ruck-focused training, it’s a bit hard to justify the value.

They’re solid and allow you to target specific movements with cable or band work, no real complaints. I just don’t end up using them that often, but they’re nice to have when I do.

It works well for quick muscle relief and is super easy to use, especially on smaller spots. It’s a bit limited for deeper work or bigger areas, so I don’t end up using it all that much.

Keeps things tidy and within reach so you can focus on the important stuff, like leg curls.

Not my favorite style of clamps but at some point I got them for free and keep them around for a back up set.
