These plates are so cool. I have 2 pairs of 45s I got off marketplace for a reasonable price. They always go so fast on marketplace in my area and don’t show up too often. I’m on the hunt for more of these because I can’t get enough of them!

Super affordable diy project! Two 10 ft 4x4s, one 8 ft 2x4 and a pair of crappy spinlock dumbbell handles, chain link fence post for the weight pegs. Weigh 42 lbs empty and have a pick height of 15 in. Seem solid enough, have loaded 140 lbs on there no problem! Minimal skill needed.

Knock off of the angles 90 handles. Priced great at $15 on Amazon roughly half of the name brand. I love the way these handles feel, use them for lap, pull downs or low rows can also be used for neutral grip pull-ups!

DIY is way to go for a deadlift platform! With minimal skill you can make a platform that functions just as well as name brand ones at a fraction of the cost! Easy tutorials on YouTube. My current one is layers of plywood with carpet squares glued to the top to mimic the carpeted powerlifting platforms in competition.

Just picked this up on marketplace- initial impressions are solid build quality! Good knurl on the handles (not too aggressive or passive). Nice starting weight at 83 lbs- able to train different rep ranges and load accordingly. Great value for someone who is just getting into strongman like myself!
