If you have bumper plates don’t buy this because you can only put 3 45s on each side. If you want the weight to get heavy enough you need thin weights. When I do use this I use it for single leg squats. It’s inexpensive but not worth it.

It gets the job done but the strength curve for the leg extension sucks and for the leg curl it’s pretty good. In order to switch from ext to leg curl is a pain in the ass because you have to remove the weights and rotate the weight horn handle 180 degrees.

This is probably my favorite price in my gym. I would have love to get the Ares but for the price this is totally worth it. If you want to go heavy for lat pull downs I definitely recommend getting a gym pin or just using rubber bands to add more resistance.

Light weight, easy to adjust, and great build quality. The best part is the ability to store it upright.

It’s great because I don’t have to buy multiple box jumps that take up space. To adjust from 12-20” is easy but going to 24” is a pain because the adjustments need to cross which isn’t the easiest thing to do. Also the safety pop pin that you have to pull is this really think key ring which gets damaged pretty easily.

Sturdy treadmill that has good speed and incline on it. The best part is it’s able to link to my Apple watch. The worst part is it uses wheels on the handles you would use to measure heart rate. It’s convenient when you have to make adjustments but annoying when my hand hits them while I’m running.
